Well, I bullied my workout today which was shoulders and traps I really killed it.  75 reps per body part which is 5 sets of 15 reps woo baby my crazy bodybuilding week.   I beat my workout up make it woman hold my jacke while doing it and took it’s woman from him HAHAHAH.  Now that I made you laugh here Is my workout.
